About the Role: This opportunity is ideal for a Family Lawyer with at least 5 years of post-admission experience who’s ready to step into a high-performing, people-focused environment. You’ll be trusted to manage your own matters with autonomy while being supported by experienced senior practitioners. Your caseload will include: Complex property settlements and financial disputes Parenting arrangements and custody matters Divorce, separation and de facto relationship breakdowns Binding financial agreements, spousal maintenance, and mediation You’ll have the opportunity to develop professionally through: One-on-one mentoring from senior family lawyers and partners Internal CPD sessions and access to external training Exposure to leadership pathways as your practice grows The firm hosts regular social activities, wellness initiatives, and events that promote a sense of team and connection beyond the day-to-day legal work.
